We specialise in renovations to give you an advantage. We don’t do new builds or apartment
blocks. Our success comes from doing what we do best, fostering relationships with our clients
and delivering for them, their version of ‘home’. Building it beautiful is everything to us. We want
the whole process to be beautiful, from our first meeting right through to you enjoying the
completed result of your dream.
As a team, we work exclusively across the city of Sydney, from our base in the eastern suburbs.
We are experts in carpentry, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, plastering, remedial building works
and much more.
Whether we are working on a renovation or restoration, we are best known for
being impeccable in everything we do and treating our clients’ properties as if they were our own.
It’s our communication, care and the certainty we provide clients which sets us apart.
Meet Gary
Gary Knep, Master Builder.
As a father Gary Knep knows what it means to create a family home. He also understands how you use your home changes. The needs of smaller children are so different to when they become young adults and then move out. Renovations are driven by making sure the space you have is up to date and best utilised to suit your family. Gary was a practising accountant before he became a Master Builder. It gives him a unique perspective, making him keen not just on detail, but understanding the financial impact of every decision.
“We have been on the other side. We know what it is like to try and have your dream realised. More than that, we have had our life experiences, different careers (in accounting) and raising families, blending families, watching them become independent.”
Meet Lisa
Lisa Zoellner, Operations Manager.
Lisa knows all about running a household, including a blended family. The experience of understanding different dynamics, coordinating children and making sure they have their own practical, functional spaces, is the foundation from which Lisa works with clients.
Lisa also has a background in accounting and managing projects. She oversees the coordination of all the trades and materials required for each build. When it comes to the interiors, Lisa can also guide you utilising her years of expertise making the finished room beautiful.

Communication is everything and it’s something we pride ourselves on doing clearly from the first time we speak. It’s important to understand your vision, your needs, your expectations and your budget. We can work with your architect directly or follow their plans. We can take care of everything, making use of our building skills and extended team to deliver functional beauty for your rooms. We also work with interior designers or we can bring one in to support your project. From making the most of the space to material choices and styling, we can offer you as much assistance as you need.

We only work on two types of projects, home renovations or commercial fit-outs, either directly with owners or through an architect.
